Do you ship internationally?
We currently only ship within the United States and Canada; however, if you have a special request, please email us at info@rooteofficial.com. Note for orders shipping to Canada all taxes and duties owed will be incurred onto the recipient. An email address and phone number are required for import documents. 

 

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Our typical processing time is 1-3 business days, except for custom orders. Our merchandise is shipped from Long Island, NY- shipping time will vary dependent on receiving location within 5-7 business days. If you have not received your orders 7 or more business days after the shipping notification, email us at info@rooteofficial.com with the order number.

 

How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. If you have not received this information, please contact us at info@rooteofficial.com with your name and order number if applicable.

 

What if the item I want is sold out or not available?
Please email us at info@rooteofficial.com with the item you are looking for and we will be happy to further help you receive what you are looking for.

 

Do you use synthetic ingredients? 
Yes, we do. We strive to use natural products and essential oils whenever possible, but the truth is, virtually every body product or candle you’ve ever bought uses synthetic ingredients. Even if the company uses only uses essential oils for fragrance and adds no mineral chelators, the lye is synthetically produced. We will NEVER use parabens or other nasty preservatives, but there are legitimate reasons to use “unnatural” ingredients in soap and other skincare and body care products.

Can I exchange or return?
Due to the nature of our products at this time all of our merchandise is FINAL SALE. If your product arrives damaged email us with pictures of the damaged items within 2 days of receiving the order at info@rooteofficial.com.  

 

Where can I purchase your products?
You can currently purchase our products from our website, select Whole Foods or at our growing list of stockist.
